• Niall Murphy is a founder and President of IMPS, the International Moldovan Philatelic Society, which has been operating one of the largest and best web-based philatelic catalogue systems since 2003, for which he has been awarded multiple medals internationally. Niall is also the developer of the Virtuafil Platform and he will be responsible for judging social media sites.
• Paulo Ananias Silva is the founder and President of FILABRAS - the Association of Brazilian Philatelists, the largest online philatelic group in South America. Paulo is a leading supporter of the propagation of Philately online and is the Joint President of Virtuafil. Paulo will be responsible for judging websites and blogs.
